POSITION SUMMARY
The ABM Marketing Manager is responsible for generating opportunities in our target accounts and personas across new business and a subset of our customer base. You’ll help develop strategy and execute campaigns designed to engage target audiences/accounts, collaborating across all of marketing, Sales, and CS.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with marketing and sales leadership to develop a comprehensive account-based strategy, including account selection, digital ads, email campaigns, direct mail/gifting, events, and more to drive demand within our target accounts, personas, verticals
- Partner closely with product marketing to understand this segment of the market, the key personas, and what drives value and success to translate this into thoughtful and highly successful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and decision in our target accounts.
- Align closely with sales teams to ensure synchronized messaging and measurable outcomes.
- Leverage analytics and marketing & sales tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with 2+ years focused on ABM strategies and tactics.
- Proven track record of driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
- A firm understanding of how an ABM programs work, especially the nuances of tailoring marketing programs and campaigns to different audience segments
- Experience partnering across internal marketing teams, SDR and sales teams to collaborate and execute successful integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of the sales process and how to help our sales partners be successful.
- Experienced user of an enterprise-class marketing tech-stack: Hands-on Salesforce experience is a must; Pardot or similar marketing automation platform working knowledge is preferred, 6Sense or alternate ABM solution, SalesLoft or alternate sales engagement tool, and Postal.io or similar gifting platform experience are a plus.

This role will receive a competitive base salary + annual bonus + benefits + equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $160,000 USD per year.
