About the role:
The Brand Specialist/Content Designer will be responsible for managing and producing and end-to-end graphics and brand assets for digital and print platforms to deliver best-in-class brand presence across the Unybrands portfolio. The position will work closely with Regulatory, Brand and Marketing Teams cross-functionally.
Responsibilities include - but not limited to:
- Amazon listing creation – including ASIN set up, basic SEO, variation building, and flat file competency
- Amazon listing management – including processing FBM art/orders, bullet and title optimizations, and pricing updates
- Design and update brand assets using Adobe Creative Suite software—primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Ensure visual consistency of images, maintain brand standards and style guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative needs, manage timelines for edits, and deliver final print or digital ready files quickly and efficiently.
- Optimize and localize content for applications in international locations applying translations and appropriate graphic techniques as needed.
- Manage high-volume design requests across several brands daily while understanding priority and maintaining organized design files
- Improve design ways of working to find areas of opportunity to improve efficiency
A successful team member will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and producing files for digital and print production
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong typography and visual hierarchy skills understanding marketing and advertising graphics a plus.
- Detail-oriented and deadline focused with attention to detail both in design composition and visual content storytelling
- Strong project planning, tracking and organizational skills
- Must be willing to work 9am-5pm EST to allow overlapping hours with UK and US teams.
- Amazon formatting and structure knowledge a plus.
