Role Overview: The Growth Marketing Lead – DTC will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our growth marketing strategy across several DTC websites. This role is pivotal in driving our business objectives, focusing on accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and revenue & profitability growth. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team of specialists focused on email marketing, paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive and aggressive growth marketing strategy for our DTC platforms, focusing on scaling our customer base and increasing our market share.
  • Lead and manage a high-performance team responsible for email marketing, paid acquisition (including PPC, social media ads, display advertising), affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Oversee the management of marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to achieve growth targets.
  • Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and explore new avenues for growth.

  • A strategic marketing plan outlining growth initiatives, target milestones, and KPIs for measuring success across all DTC platforms.
  • A cohesive team environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and high performance, with clear roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
  • Effective management of marketing budgets, with a focus on ROI and achieving or exceeding set growth targets.
  • Comprehensive reports and analyses that provide insights into campaign performance, market trends, and consumer behavior, driving strategic adjustments and optimizations.
  • Strong partnerships and collaborations both internally and with external stakeholders, contributing to the overall success and growth of the DTC channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record of scaling DTC brands.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a commitment to developing and mentoring team members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
