What you'll do:

  • Report to our CMO
  • Own and build marketing campaigns to drive demand and acquire new customers
  • Develop a campaign calendar to outline your tactics and plan to activate digital channels
  • Build email campaigns (trigger, always-on, partner, nurture, newsletter) to drive user engagement, generate leads, drive website impressions and improve lead scoring
  • Primary point of contact on campaign enablement to drive alignment with sales to deliver a smooth lead hand off process
  • Execute our web-based strategy to attract new users, generate leads that drive conversions, and promote brand awareness. Report on website analytics, qualified traffic, page engagement, landing page optimization and conversion points on page.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence, improve inbound demo conversions, monitor SEO and marketing performance to forecast trends, and advise on how the impact of marketing campaigns can be optimized
  • Build a web strategy to drive traffic, retarget leads, foster engagement, promote brand
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to continuously improve the health of our internal database (e.g data cleanliness, dedupe leads, build SLAs to track lead hand off to sales)
  • Drive sales readiness by informing ADRs/GTM of campaign launches, including sharing data insights on lead volume to enable them to prioritize outreach, and drive a continuous feedback loop on lead quality, messaging, and sales follow up capacity
  • Build and document campaign briefs outlining how programs will align to top of funnel content, drive awareness and engagement, and nurture prospective customers that convert to leads and progress to late stage opportunities
  • Measure and analyze program performance, reporting on campaign effectiveness regularly, and adjusting tactics to ensure results are achieved and OKRs are met
  • Regularly execute paid media tactics including; search, keyword optimization, display ads, social media, retargeting, and content syndication to conduct in-depth keyword analysis, manage A/B testing, adjust audience targeting and spend within budget

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years B2B experience in demand gen, field marketing or customer acquisition
  • Build integrated marketing campaigns from scratch
  • Report on lead volume, lead quality and opportunity progression, marketing attribution, account engagement, and revenue impact
  • Experience building email and nurture campaigns in Marketo
  • Own campaign activation across digital marketing channels (web, email, paid media, reaterget)
  • Knowledge of Demand gen and Martech platforms (e.g. Zoominfo, Salesloft, Hubspot, Lean Data, Salesforce, SEMrush, and Google Analytics) is preferred but not required
  • Identify key target audiences and personas to engage and educate by channel
  • Experience setting up and optimizing organic campaigns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing work environment
