The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand and driving revenue growth. This position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and successful execution of growth-oriented marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about music, technology, and possess a deep understanding of the music software industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning -
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Team Leadership -
    • Act as the product owner for the growth marketing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of skilled professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
  • Marketing Funnel Oversight -
    • Manage the entire marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless and optimized customer journey.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales strategies.
  • Promotions and Paid Media -
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all promotional activities, including sales promotions, partnerships, and product launches.
    • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting -
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
    • Generate regular reports to showcase key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing successful growth marketing initiatives with a focus on driving revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the music software or related technology industry.

UA Salary Range:  California Salary Range = $135K - $165K

Base salary/hourly rate of pay will be based on the cost of labor for the city/state in which the new hire resides, at the time of hire.
