About the Role:
The Customer Education Specialist is a role with responsibilities that support the specialized training of our products’ end users. We are looking for individuals with strong organizational skills; the ability to think on their feet; some customer-facing experience; experience in customer education, training, or coaching; and a keen interest in the health & human services space. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a passion for developing educational content and delivering engaging virtual and/or live trainings.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver webinars (and occasionally in-person) trainings for software end users or internal teammates
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to develop detailed training plans for all revenue customers in implementation.
- Deliver tailored trainings and create training materials for customers with varying levels of workflow complexity.
- Create and develop training scenarios and update training environment data to ensure that systems training mimics the reality of customer workflows
- Lead specialized, product-specific training sessions for end users and internal teammates
- Lead or contribute to special projects for the Customer Education team
- Review e-learning content and make updates, identify areas of improvement, and/or create additional content, as needed
You’re a great fit for this role if you have:
- 3+ years experience at a SAAS organization or leading customer-focused training sessions (in person or virtual)
- 3+ years experience teaching or developing content for adult learners
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on high-quality delivery
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills including the ability to confidently lead one-to-many trainings for customers. Experience working with technical and business audiences is a plus
- The ability to self-manage workload against multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Some experience with authoring tools and/or learning management systems is a plus

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S.-based
- The target pay range for this role is: $65k-$75k. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
- This position may require 5% travel.
- All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
