About the Role:

This role will be responsible for post-contract ownership of all integration partnerships & projects leveraging FHIR, HL7, and APIs from handoff to launch. This critical role is responsible for managing the technical business relationships and will partner in cross-team initiatives to successfully develop, implement, document, and deploy new integrations. This role will lead the contract and relationship management of these technical partners and will also assist with prioritization planning and delivery of integration opportunities and enhancements, as well as participate in formulating the integration's product roadmap.

 

What You'll Do:

The candidate will have a strong bias for action, internal/external customer experience, and the ability to organize and deliver new integration initiatives involving leadership across cross-functional operations, product, business, and contracting teams.

  • Relationship Management: 
    • Manage relationships with Unite Us technical and interoperability partners
    • Conduct and assist in business case development with partners including articulating a clear, concise return on investment for these partners
    • Lead a cross-functional strategic initiative to determine market needs and prioritization
    • Develop voice of customer feedback loop with established vendors
    • Partner with the technology team and business stakeholders to capture the business needs and translate them into program requirements for systems that integrate with our products
    • Post contracting, handle BAA, Legal Agreements, NDAs, and Security Assessments
  • Scale program management:
    • Establish and maintain tactical processes for integrations 
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, document, and onboard new integrations
    • Collaborate cross functionally in the planning and execution of integration projects
    • Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule
    • Maintain & communicate project timelines cross-company
    • Identify potential risks and challenges and mitigation strategies
    • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards 
    • Develop an evaluation process to understand the health and depth of each integration
  • Build and maintain documentation:
    • Ensure comprehensive documentation of integration processes and solutions
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for troubleshooting and future reference
    • Establish and maintain internal assets enabling different stakeholder needs - Customer Support/Success, Product, Sales and Partnerships 
    • Maintain a central repository of supporting documentation and status of integrations

 

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms and key technical concepts (e.g. FHIR, HL7, web services APIs) and relevant workflows
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, non-technical teams, and vendors
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Autonomous and comfortable juggling multiple, overlapping and, at times, competing work priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of program management reporting methodologies and tools
  • Commitment to learning and expanding professional, technical, and industry knowledge
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and remaining highly adaptable, while managing several projects and deliverables concurrently
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep into understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
  • Ability to work in an environment where continuous innovation is desired, all information may not be available, and trade-offs are required
  • Ability to hold lateral teams accountable without direct authority, and ability to utilize high judgment to escalate issues appropriately
  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and communicate with senior leadership

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • The target pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $140,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
  • This position may require 10-20% travel
