Unispace is seeking an exceptional Site Manager who can bring a fresh perspective and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time schedule delivery, exceeding client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage day-to-day operations in the field to drive construction progress and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Project Manager(s) to maintain and update project schedules as needed.
- Serve as an exceptional relationship manager for all sub-contractors, fostering a fair, safe, and clean working environment.
- Oversee the snagging list and proactively drive timely completion.
Your Experience:
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Site Manager, demonstrating your expertise in delivering successful projects.
- Experience in overseeing and leading diverse teams of sub-contractors, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
- Significant experience with commercial interior fit-outs, showcasing your knowledge and skills in this specialised area.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role, enabling you to effectively manage project documentation and communication.
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional client satisfaction, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- A natural motivator and team builder, inspiring and empowering your team members to deliver their best.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality, ensuring that every aspect of the project meets the highest standards.
