We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategic business development initiatives within the commercial real estate industry, identifying and cultivating leads, and facilitating their conversion into successful projects by our client development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing business development strategy in line with regional and local principal
  • Developing and executing project specific strategy
  • Collaborating across disciplines to drive team performance for handovers
  • Supporting 80/20 conversion analysis locally to support business planning
  • Supporting lead source analysis
  • Collaborating with Regional Marketing & Communications team to ensure brand alignment with client approach
  • Supporting the development of fresh and innovative approaches to identify and attract target clients
  • Supporting the development of a local research strategy around research, identify and win clients with Client Engagement and Regional Principals
  • Mapping and following key local client relationships (new, existing and previous contacts and firms)
  • Collaborate with Global Client Engagement team to identify and drive cross regional opportunities with target clients
  • Collaborating across disciplines regions and within studios
  • Contributing to the creation of a high performing team
  • Attending and driving lead management as scoped by the Principal
  • Identifying and reporting risk to Principal, Client Development and Managing Director, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
  • Driving information into CRM system
  • Executing the Client Engagement methodology, standards/practices, processes and technology solutions within the Studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organisation

Your experience:

  • Certificate or degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Excellent at building long lasting relationships
  • Utilising cold calling techniques to build relationships with potential leads
  • Client management
  • Persuading target clients to consider potential opportunities
  • Identifying real opportunities and point of handover
  • Market and industry knowledge (Design & Build methodology) – desirable not essential
  • Pitching for success and Internal project management (desirable not essential)
  • Business acumen
  • Understanding of procurement process
