Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Construction Management:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of pre-construction activities, ensuring thorough preparation for upcoming projects.
    • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement pre-construction strategies.
  • Financial Planning:
    • Support the financial planning process by assisting in budgeting, estimating, and forecasting for pre-construction phases.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with client and supply chain vendors during the pre-construction phase, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a secure working environment during pre-construction activities.
  • Team Support:
    • Assist Project Managers, providing support in various pre-construction tasks.
  • Documentation Quality:
    • Control the quality of pre-construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communication:
    • Facilitate effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders during the pre-construction phase.
  • Risk Identification:
    • Identify and report risks relevant to the pre-construction phase, while adhering to ethical practices.
  • Assist in Project Closeout:
    • Support in ensuring proper closeout procedures are followed for pre-construction activities.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Assist in client interactions related to pre-construction planning.

Your Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Exposure to pre-construction phases and processes.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, estimating, and forecasting for construction projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
