We are looking for a Site manager to join us for the next 4-6 months to work on a number of projects for our international clients The right candidate will have experience working on major projects (£7m-£10m) and will have a proven track record of success and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of sub contractor contracts/terms/scope
- Ensuring thorough understanding of the project, drawings and specs
- Executing Delivery strategy
- Managing stakeholders within the field/onsite
- Effective communication with stakeholders (client, landlord, tenant, agent) when on site
- Managing the performance of sub contractors
- Effective communication with Unispace team regarding on site performance
- Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace 80/20 methodology
- Ensuring alignment to the culture, values and behaviors of Unispace
- Managing Health & Safety on site
- Ensuring job site cleanliness
- Program management (Schedule)
- Punch list completion
- Quality control/quality assurance
- Onsite document control
- Site set up and establishment
- Executing site risk management plan and escalating any risks/issues to Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
- Project close out
- Support implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program
