As part of our growth strategy, the company is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to assist our global team in delivering an aligned and robust sales experience to all our potential customers.

As the future Sales Trainer you will be responsible to increase Uniplaces Sales effectiveness, implementing Sales Training programs, processes and tools in order to prepare teams to provide a world class experience to all end customers and to get operational and strategic KPIs. 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales training programs, focusing teams on sales best practices, aligned with each market’s specificities - in collaboration with Managers & Team leaders
  • Sales shadowing & training needs assessments; observing sales calls and meetings; analyzing sales results reports;
  • Deliver sales training sessions both in HQ in Lisbon and International (Spain, Italy, Germany)
  • Motivate sales teams through individual and group dynamics, continuously communicating best practices across all offices
  • Monitor and evaluate sales training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI
  • Empower ongoing development in sales skills, providing coaching sessions and developing individual actions plans
  • Present structured feedback on team and individual improvements to upper management, supporting key decisions
  • Function as an ambassador of Uniplaces World-Class Service principles we aim to deliver
  • Maintain a keen understanding of sales training trends, developments and best practices
  • Contribute to the internal Training Knowledge Base, as a repository of sales training and development materials.
  • Invest in self-development to stay aligned with sales training & quality best practices

Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
  • Proven track-record  as a sales trainer (3 years)
  • Successful experience in designing and executing sales training and development programs
  • Highly oriented to leverage high performances in sales teams and delivering cost effective results through sales training
  • Strong training and motivational skills, working closely to sales teams to achieve results
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time, in changing contexts and specific markets
  • Availability to travel
  • Strong  planning, organizational and reporting skills, with high software literacy (as an user)
  • Training methods Know-how (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, role-plays, etc), and proactively seek to learn additional methods

The Sales Trainer will be based in Lisbon and regular travel will be required.
