DESCRIPTION

Uniplaces is looking for a high energy sales person who wants to help take the company to the next level. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with a fast paced, high growth startup – a rare and hugely rewarding career opportunity.

Your focus will be acquiring supply in the city of Porto. Ideally, you will have a good network in the city and have real estate experience. We are looking for someone who is autonomous and entrepreneurial as you will be running your own show with full support from HQ in Lisbon. This is a role of high responsibility that will have direct impact in the company's results and P&L. 

This position will be based in Porto, with regular trips to Lisbon and will report directly into the General Manager - Portugal. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting and building your own sales pipeline;
  • Closing and onboarding Key Accounts; 
  • Identify, optimize and automate lead generation processes;
  • Participate and complete training sessions;
  • Weekly reporting on sales funnel to the General Manager;
  • Propose and implement local growth strategies;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extremely good communication skills in all relevant types of channels: phone, email, skype, in person; 
  • entrepreneurial, proactive, dedicated and resilient;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Real estate experience;
  • Sales experience;
