About the role and why it’s unique:

  • As the User Acquisition Manager you are responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of paid search and programatic ad network campaigns
  • In this role you will be responsible for analyzing trends, testing new target segments and making data-driven decisions to optimize spending of campaign budgets for maximum ROI
  • This is an opportunity to own user acquisition initiatives and tap into new programmatic channels for growth
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that impact the user acquisition landscape
  • Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and features offered by omnichannel ad partners

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and executing paid search and programatic ad network campaigns
  • Experienced in media buying and performance marketing
  • Have experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (ex. Appsflyer, Adjust)
  • Possess a deep understanding of the mobile attribution; experience with SKAN
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights for campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in the Online Gaming Industry
  • Have led App Store Optimization in the gaming space

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $90,000 and $115,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.   

This position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.
