The Seasonal Operations Specialist role is responsible for identifying and solving problems that are impacting customer orders. There are three main areas of focus for this team – Orders that are outstanding and need immediate attention, orders that need non-systematic/manual intervention to process, and orders that require additional communication or process steps to send to our other warehouses. The Specialists will learn aspects of all focus areas, but each Specialist will ultimately train in and be responsible for one focus area. If you love puzzles and brainteasers, this is the role for you! This is a seasonal role.
