ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Program Manager, Revenue Optimization to join the Finance Team! Individual reports to AVP, Revenue Optimization. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for managing intercompany and intracompany deliverables, coordinating various revenue optimization and accounting related initiatives for enterprise project teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong project management skills and financial acumen in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our payments, fraud, commissions, and tax programs. This is a high-impact position that requires a combination of operational excellence and exceptional communication skills, to promote collaboration and efficiency throughout the organization.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

  • Manage and streamline day-to-day operations within the revenue optimization department, ensuring efficient operational processes, policies and regulations.
  • Manage the coordination between revenue optimization and all other departments ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Build strong working relationships with project teams, and internal and external partners, and effectively collaborate to achieve project objectives.
  • Owns program communications across internal resources and leadership; prepares and reports on updates, following up to ensure resolution to blockers and risks. 
  • Collaborates with team members to understand dependencies and mitigate conflicts in priority. 
  • Establish and track project metrics, perform benchmarking, and implement improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Engage stakeholders in brainstorming sessions, gather project requirements, and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Document project progress, prepare detailed presentations, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide business summaries and narratives to support the department head.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in payments, fraud management, commissions and tax related projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software like Jira, and Confluence and productivity tools including Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems and reporting processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus.
