We are looking for someone with a deep passion for the HR domain, a commitment to working with people, and a keen ability to drive impactful business results. We are in search of an HR Business Partner who will provide support to leaders and employees, embracing all facets of HR with enthusiasm. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Reporting to the HR Lead, our new HR Business Partner will assist the Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SC&M) department, as well as other departments within the Support space, including Finance and IT.

Among others, he/she will:

  • Serve as the main HR representative for various teams across multiple locations;
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to create and execute on organizational and people strategies utilizing qualitative and quantitative data , and serving as a trusted HR advisor, providing expert guidance and coaching to both employees and managers;
  • Be accountable for complex employee relations; including absenteeism, performance management, capability building and disciplinary procedures;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance and partner with legal team when needed;
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
  • Build processes and SOPs to ensure efficient and effective people operations;
  • Investigate escalated employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues, provide recommendations and guidance to the business;
  • Work with the HR team to manage HR transactions, systems and data integrity including compensation changes, system updates, reporting & analytics, letters and contracts, change request forms and handling of employee hires, transfers and exits, etc…;
  • Work on HR and ad hoc projects across the organization, in an international setting (e.g. talent management, cultural integration, well-being).

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR related field; 
  • 7+ years in HR with several years as HRBP in a fast-paced and international environment;
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices and practical application in the workplace;
  • Demonstrated history of influencing senior level business leaders to adopt best practices in HR; dynamic interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitations, and conflict resolution;
  • Background in operating within a manufacturing environment;
  • Must be willing and able to switch between high-level strategic thinking and diving deep into hands-on tasks;
  • Must be self-driven and able to work autonomously;
  • Focus on customer service and working effectively with different people, departments and levels within the organization;
  • Compelling and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence direction of the ultimate outcome in a collaborative manner; 
  • Ability to communicate decisions in a style that reflects a team-oriented culture/
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Dutch.
