Role: Anaesthesiologist
Hours: Work will be full-time. Immediate start required no later than 1st September.
Pay: Up to £8,000 GBP gross per month (dependent on experience)
Duration: 10 months
Location: Ukraine
This role is part of our Ukraine Programme and will be carried out within Ukraine.

We are looking for an Anaesthesiologist with experience in diverse clinical settings, who is ready to travel internationally on short notice. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing critical anaesthesia care and pain management to individuals affected by crises and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safe administration of anaesthesia and managing perioperative pain, tailored to patients' needs under challenging conditions.
- Enhancing the capabilities of local staff through hands-on training and supervision, particularly in aesthetic techniques and emergency response.
- Collaborating with surgical teams to provide comprehensive care during surgeries and critical care procedures, including advanced airway management and resuscitation.
- Working closely with pharmacists to manage the inventory and safekeeping of anaesthesia drugs.
You must hold a valid medical license with a specialization in anaesthesiology, and demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to teaching are essential.
Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
