Position Description:

As a Sourcing and Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and recruiting process of critically important roles across the hiring spectrum at Udelv. This role will also assist with sourcing multiple disciplines on the Udelv team. You will be a strategic partner and ambassador integral to Udelv’s success in driving our talent development pipeline.

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring teams along with assisting the sourcing efforts at Udelv 
  • Assist team with driving a strong pipeline of engineering talent across multiple disciplines and levels including leadership, software, electrical and mechanical engineering 
  • Effectively communicate opportunities and requirements with candidates in a competitive market 
  • Ability to succeed on a small team by managing multiple positions and responsibilities. 
  • Adapt quickly to chaining needs and new priorities in fast paced hiring 

Education:  

  • BA/BS Degree preferred along with  3+ years of experience. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record as a coordinator supporting dynamic recruiting teams in a fast-paced high growth environment.
  • Experience in the autonomy or robotics space is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail along with meticulous organization
  • Effective communicator able to interact with senior leadership and engineering teams
  • Ability to change direction and adapt to changing priorities
  • Motivated professional, with a strong work ethic and a sense of humor
