必要なスキル／資格
- コンピュータサイエンス、人工知能、データサイエンスなどの技術分野における学士号 （同等の実務経験でも可）
- AI製品の開発、AIデプロイパイプラインの管理、基盤モデルや大規模言語モデル（LLM）を特にビジネス用途で活用した実務経験が3年以上
- ニューラルネットワーク、トランスフォーマー、深層学習（ディープラーニング）、自然言語処理（NLP）などの基礎概念理解
- 生成系AIを活用した高付加価値のビジネスユースケース（例：コンテンツ生成、カスタマーサービス、パーソナライゼーション）を特定する能力
- 教育とメンタリングへの情熱
- グループに対して教えたりプレゼンテーションを行った経験
- 日本語に流暢で、英語での十分なコミュニケーション能力

- Pythonの専門知識と、PyTorch、TensorFlow、または同等の機械学習フレームワークの経験

Role Overview
We are hiring for two key roles to support students in our Nanodegree programs:
Project Reviewer: Focused on evaluating student projects, providing actionable written feedback, and guiding learners toward mastery of program concepts.
Session Lead: Specializes in leading live group sessions, explaining complex topics, answering questions, and offering one-on-one support when needed.
Applicants may choose to specialize in one role or take on both roles simultaneously, depending on their skills and availability. Both roles are flexible, part-time, and remote.
Responsibilities
Project Reviewer
- Review student projects submitted as part of their Udacity program
- Ensure that project submissions are original work and have not been plagiarized.
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and suggestions for improvement.
- Align feedback with Udacity’s rubric and quality standards
- Complete project reviews within the specified turnaround time
- Answer student technical questions on Udacity platform
Session Lead
- Conduct live group sessions to explain key concepts and address common project challenges
- Provide one-on-one support to students when necessary
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment to encourage student participation.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Masters in a technical field such as computer science, artificial intelligence, or data science
- 3+ years of experience working with AI products, managing AI development pipelines, foundation models and large language models (LLMs)
- Understanding of foundational concepts like neural networks, transformers, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Ability to identify high-value business use cases for generative AI (e.g., content generation, customer service, personalization)
- A passion for education and mentoring
- Experience teaching or presenting to groups in professional settings
- Fluent in Japanese with written proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with Udacity Nanodegree programs or similar online education platforms
