We are looking for a talented analyst to join Two Six Technologies to help us create Information Advantage for our customers in the US Government and Fortune 50. The successful candidate will have an analytic mind, passion for problem solving and customer interaction, and dedication to mission. This position will be onsite at Hickam Air Force Base, Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii. This position requires less than 20% CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Master the Pulse Suite of products so that you are an expert at using it to create value for customers. Specifically:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of the information environment in support of customer objectives using Pulse's capabilities in data collection, data discovery, and advanced analysis.
  • Analyze and integrate insights from air, space, cyber, and information domains to support ongoing operations and exercises.
  • Use Pulse’s publicly available information (PAI) monitoring capabilities in support of customer objectives.
  • Work with the customer to drive data collection, conduct analysis, and create visualizations to help leaders make decisions and act in the information environment.
  • Train customers and other users on using multiple components of the Pulse suite.
  • Apply Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP) frameworks to assess the impact and efficiency of information operations (IO) activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Understand the needs and goals of your assigned Pulse customer in order to deliver them the capabilities from the Pulse suite that are needed to achieve their goals. This includes building a relationship with the customer to
    • Understand their requirements;
    • Understand how our product offerings can meet those requirements; 
    • Help the customer meet their mission goals using our product suite.
  • Represent Two Six Technologies in customer engagements with professionalism, expertise, and confidence. Work across offices within the client organization.
  • Work across the Two Six team to ensure smooth delivery of the Pulse Suite.
  • Collaborate with our product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure our product backlog prioritizes customer needs.
  • Contribute to training, knowledge management, and tradecraft initiatives surrounding analysis, OSINT, and our tools.
  • Promote Two Six Technologies and our products and services to the customer and explore expansion of opportunities with existing and adjacent customers.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Five (5) years of experience working directly with government customers in the national security space.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent analytic skills.
  • Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insight.
  • Excellence in communicating, including written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new things, particularly new technology.
  • Ability to operate independently. A self-starter.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the information advantage domain, including best tradecraft practices.
  • Subject matter expertise related to China and/or East and South East Asia more broadly, including such things as language, cultural, political, international relations, and/or economics.
  • Knowledge of technologies and data used in the information advantage domain, including any of the following: PAI, data collection and analytics, natural language processing, AI, including machine learning, ad tech, mobile technology, and/or telecommunications.
  • Experience providing mission support through product licenses, not just services.
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD), ideally the U.S. Air Force and/or in the Indo-Pacific AOR. If Air Force experience includes an Air Operations Center (AOC), even better.
  • Experience analyzing online behaviors and/or information operations originating from or pertaining to China.
