Two Six Technologies is growing and we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Leader who will oversee capture, business development, and partnership strategies for one of our Strategic Intel Markets. Ideally, you will be able to show:

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with challenging business requirements
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to assess secondary and tertiary effects of decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate personnel and drive strong and integrated team cultures
  • Ability to engage with a variety of government customers and technical programs that focus on national security

This is a hybrid role with local travel in the National Capital Region.

What you will do:

  • Drive Business Unit strategic business plans and growth objectives with a focus on tactical execution in the strategic market.
  • Lead capture activities and pursuits of new opportunities by establishing and nurturing industry partnerships.
  • Apply human capital strategies to new business opportunities that will deliver exceptional customer results.
  • Travel locally to engage with employees, customers, and partners at on-site facilities.
  • Collaborate with program managers to understand current business drivers and market needs to effectively integrate corporate solutions and products.
  • Foster a people first atmosphere that promotes the Two Six Technologies culture.

What you will need:

  • 10+ years working with business development, capture and proposal management.
  • 15+ years working as a leader demonstrating strong customer engagement.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated responsibility managing personnel and processes with disparate team members.
  • 5+ years managing engagements with vendors and industry partners, subcontractors or prime contractors.
  • Experience with the following agencies or programs desired: NRO, NSA, FBI, CIA, DOJ, DHS

Security Clearance needed:

  • TS/SCI Clearance with Poly
