TWO NIL is searching for a collaborative individual with a “can-do” attitude to join our team. We search for someone who can organize a weight idea into a neat project and drive outcomes through “servant leadership.”
- As an important part of a new customer’s on-boarding experience, you will provide continuity and be responsible for customer data onboarding, validation, and preliminary analysis of initial and ongoing ingested client data.
- You will help track teams capacity across the company
- This client-facing role is responsible for creating, maintaining and clearly communicating data specifications to clients, explaining purposes of data specs and how they relate to the analyses we will provide.
- Create and follow project plan, ensure the client understands and delivers critical inputs on time through clear communication and tracking. Work with team to determine and then communicate how missed deadlines can alter overall project timelines
- The role will act as the primary contact on all issues through onboarding and account maintenance and serve as the SME (subject matter expert) on client data. Assist with acquisition, extracting, transforming a variety of data sets.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing technical project with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Ability to learn some new systems and understand technical requirements
- Experience creating project plans with clear milestones
- Ability to implement a structure that keeps the whole team focused and on task
- Proven experience working with different types of stakeholders from CEO, through VP’s and Directors and engineers to external clients
- Experience and ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working on technical and administrative projects and the ability to adjust communication styles and management efforts accordingly
Who are we looking for:
- You have a solid experience and knowledge, but you’re looking to grow
- 2-3 years of project management experience
- Organized, self starter with a sense of humor a must!
