The Manager, Talent & Organizational Development holds a key responsibility to develop and implement organizational solutions that continually develop the capability of our people, foster an engaged and committed work environment, and increase organizational performance. Responsibilities:

  • Design, lead and deliver organizational development and talent initiatives, employee development & career pathing/professional development, performance management, talent assessment and succession planning, employee engagement and feedback processes, team and organization effectiveness; team culture, new hire onboarding training, and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DEI) to support a high performing team
  • Partner with the Executive team and HR to assess and identity training and development opportunities, conduct talent assessments across the organization and use insights to build targeted employee development programs and create a cadence for ongoing learning
  • Lead an employee engagement strategy to include employee lifecycle assessments, analysis and action planning
  • Design, develop and deliver innovative, engaging and impactful recruiting, onboarding, leadership and professional development programs - consider organization strategy, culture, leadership capabilities, structures, and processes to determine appropriate strategies to drive progress and positive change
  • Develop and deliver new hire orientation and employee onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization, partner with each team to better ensure all employees are trained and continue to develop and advance
  • Initiate coaching and mentoring programs across the organization, be available and support employee questions and needs
  • Partner with managers to build a career mapping process based on departmental and organizational goals and OKRs, and design and develop training programs to develop employee skills
  • Evaluate and evolve our performance management processes with the goal of producing a process and system that increases performance and improves outcomes.
  • Drive the engagement strategy for the organization by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations based on the results, will design, deliver and manage the engagement survey process, including analysis of insights, communicating results, and action planning
  • Collaborate with management to implement processes and to provide tools/resources that are readily adaptable to support talent and organizational development
  • Support the recruiting life cycle efforts across all teams
  • Establish and apply a data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of programs and continuously iterate to improve results
  • Research, lead, and manage team building and company events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning/Training & Development or similar related field, or related work experience preferred
  • 6+ years of related experience, with a strong foundation of organizational development in a talent management/recruitment, organizational development role with a proven track record of managing organizational development initiatives
  • Consulting and/or performance marketing experience is a plus
  • Must have experience in leading and designing training & development programs
  • Solid knowledge and experience with best practices in leadership development and talent management
  • Service and results oriented, high attention to detail, critical thinking and with a sense of urgency
  • Flexibility, adaptability, agility; able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with the executive team on business strategy, organizational design and talent optimization
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
  • High degree of fluency in Google Suite, Excel and presentation tools
  • Experience with Lattice is a plus
