As a member of the Analytics team you drive marketing decisions for our clients based on analysis you and the team create by evaluating performance for multiple businesses across different industries. You are the subject matter expert of all things data for our client’s business performance. You will use data to create a narrative and communicate directly with clients to move their business forward.  As Manager, Analytics, you will own all analytics aspects of client accounts and be responsible for the leading and development of junior team members.  Being a client-facing role, you will also regularly interface with client executives and senior management.

  • Manage analytics aspects of client engagements in the areas of spot attribution, client reporting, and ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL and Tableau
  • Mentor a small team to produce actionable quantitative models and analyses to address the challenges of marketing effectiveness, ROI, spot attribution, channel effectiveness, and pricing
  • Deliver modeling results and develop insightful recommendations for clients and other departments, as well as perform analysis on strategically important accounts
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively develop recommendations and solutions
  • Translate sophisticated analytical information into client-friendly summaries and recommendations via Tableau, PowerPoint and Word
  • Operationalize the process of ensuring data and deliverable quality
  • Manage and coordinate with other internal departments to ensure that disruptions to client reporting are mitigated
  • Present reports, POVs and other summaries to clients on a regular basis over the phone and in person
  • Ensure on-time delivery and maintain transparency in client deliverables


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing analytics, economics, statistics, mathematics, or other business or quantitative fields
  • 4+ years of quantitative analytics experience (ideally with strong focus on marketing analytics in advertising)
  • Experience with database design and SQL concepts – must be able to manage technical members of the team
  • Must have a strong aptitude and experience with quantitative subjects
  • Must have strong presentation skills
  • Client services experience desired (consulting, customer success, etc.)
  • Experience managing multi-functional teams
  • Successful track record supporting client relationships through effective partnership with internal and external client teams
  • Good understanding of predictive analytics, optimization and marketing mix
  • Demonstrated experience with data manipulation and analysis particularly on the AWS environment (S3, Glue, Athena, etc)
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, lookups, chart functions)
  • Experience in a statistical programming language preferred (R, SAS, Python etc.)
  • Knowledge of Tableau (or other data visualization tools) is a plus
