We are looking for a Engineer - Conversational AI to help in research and development of various conversational AI components.
This position requires solid hands-on experience in developing chatbots as well as training and deploying conversational AI models.
In this role, you will design and implement conversational logic and own in-house conversational development tools. Work with the content team to align TWO's content strategy and deployment in applications to be used by millions.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related areas
- Strong experience in conversational AI development tools including Rasa, DialogFlow, Lex, and more.
- Strong experience in training and developing conversational AI/ML transformer models
- Experience launching conversational AI product that has been used by end users
- Academic background in AI/ML and NLP/NLU is helpful
