About the Role
Twitch is searching for an Employee Relations Manager to join the Twitch People and Places team. Reporting to the Vice President, People Business Partners, you will establish employee relations processes for Twitch to ensure our organization's treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with our business values. You will review and establish processes and training globally to promote issue resolution and increase manager capability. You will also mentor People Business Partners to refine their skills in this speciality.

You will develop relationships across the organization which help you better understand the employee experience, address pain points, and ensure a workplace where everyone can contribute.
This position can be located in San Francisco, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Irvine, CA, Seattle, WA, or New York, NY.
You will manage important employee relations issues that require building trust and collaboration, such as: workplace investigations, consultations on challenging employee situations, and manager training.
Work with HR and Legal partners to analyze, diagnose, design, and revise programs and practices to sustain positive employee relations
You will also work as a project manager on programs that improve employee relations such as: employee and manager training modules, collecting and analyzing employee feedback, and partnering on improving communication vehicles and practices
At least seven years direct experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law with an emphasis on employee relations work
Experience with federal and state employment and labor laws, and of a broad spectrum of employee relations matters
You are a collaborator
Experience in designing a successful employee relations programs and related training
Handle confidential information with care
Demonstrated project management skills, writing skills, and ability to manage concurrent projects to closure
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Exposure to / experience with non-US employee relations matters, process and legal frameworks
