About the Role
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the development and execution of global, end-to-end marketing for Creator products and programs that inspire them to stream and help them run their business. You partner with the Creator and Commerce product teams to bring new Affiliate and Partner programs to market, developing a strategy that is based on the needs of the audience and then bringing together a cross-functional team to bring that strategy to life.
You use your mastery of consumer insights to develop product marketing strategies, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on your plans, and align senior product leadership around those plans. You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence consumer sentiment and adoption of features. You report to the Head of Creator Product Marketing.
Develop, manage and execute go-to-market strategies for Affiliate and Partner programs that includecrafting product positioning, defining comms architecture and measurement requirements, and driving cross-team agreement on launch strategy.
Serve as an essential partner to the Product Management and Content & Partnership teams, helping them build and modify the roadmap based on customer and user feedback, as well as market trends.
Work with Research and Data Science teams to produce quantitative, qualitative, and insights that influence product strategy and shape external narratives.
Activate other teams to launch key products and programs to the market, including Creative, Social, Paid and Owned & Operated channels.
Help define and operationalize the Creator Product Marketing function at Twitch.
Bachelors, Masters, or equivalent
7+ years of relevant marketing experience at a technology company
You have experience working in complex companies with multiple products and teams
You can tackle complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges with a strategic mindset
You operate at a high level with senior-level team members
You believe in the power of collaboration
Experience partnering with Product Management and senior executives
Experience using audience insights to inform marketing strategies
You are a digital content creator and / or active member of the Twitch community
Experience working with digital content creators
