About the Role
Creators are the fundamental building block of Twitch. Each month, over 6 million creators choose to share themselves with the world by streaming to viewers across the world on Twitch. The Creator team builds products and solutions that inspire creators and allow them to achieve their broadcasting and business goals.
As a Product Manager for Creator Experience, you will help Creators grow and achieve their goals on Twitch by creating products that inspire and guide them through their journey. To succeed on Twitch, Creators have a lot to do and learn -- from customizing their Channel, to selecting and setting up features, to learning how to grow their audience and maximize the money they make on Twitch. You'll empower all Creators to reach their potential by providing streamlined and personalized experiences that evolve with Creators as they grow.
Define products and features that align with the vision and strategy for the Creator team.
Write detailed product specifications and A/B test plans.
Work with designers and engineers to define and build user experiences that delight customers and meet our business goals.
Develop an understanding of Creators' needs, aspirations and pain points.
Work with user researchers, analysts and scientists to conduct qualitative and quantitative research that answers key questions to deepen our team's understanding of our customers and inform our roadmap.
Collaborate with marketing and other product managers to make decisions that are aligned across the business.
Determine appropriate, measurable goals and metrics for your products to measure success.
3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager, preferably on user-facing consumer experiences.
Data-driven and able to prioritize using a combination of data and product intuition.
Bias toward action with a history of proactivelyexecuting and shipping products.
Strong written communication skills - able to connect a strategy to a set of customer problems to a set of metrics to a set of features in a logical chain.
Experience leading complex projects through launch while handling several moving pieces.
History of translating product ideas into expected business impact.
Previous experience working on personalization products.
Familiarity with streaming and Twitch's ecosystem.
