About the Role

As the Digital marketing lead, APAC, this role will be responsible for planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across owned, earned and paid media in APAC. Responsible for translating marketing strategy into test & learn roadmaps, with clear reporting and actionable insights. Develop a clear strategy of how our digital marketing initiatives can ladder up to impact our key business goals of brand, growth, retention and commerce.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing APAC, you will be responsible for defining strategy and execution of Twitch’s digital campaigns. You will work with our country marketing leads to deliver a hyper local experience for our consumers in these markets. 

You will have expertise in global platforms (Facebook, Google, DV360) plus regional platforms (LINE, Viber, Tik Tok) on both paid and owned media, including media partner relationships, product knowledge and industry best practices. Act as thought leader in media channels while maintaining strategic knowledge across all channels to provide support in execution.

You Will:

  • Oversee strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns in APAC across paid, owned and earned media
  • Translate our marketing strategy into a digital marketing roadmap, which you will own 
  • Collaborate with global CRM teams to localize and optimize our CRM initiatives
  • Measure, analyze and report performance for various marketing channels and make recommendations. Share these learnings with APAC and Global teams
  • Work with our media agency partners in APAC to execute campaigns and deliver against our business goals
  • Work closely with our country marketing leads to help them achieven their goals
  • Explore new innovative ad tech solutions to help Twitch achieve its business goals

You Have:

  • 8+ years of proven success as a Digital leader, with 5+ years of agency experience .
  • Experience working internationally, across diverse and matrixed organisations
  • Has experience working on global platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, DV360 and regional platforms like LINE, Viber, Tik Tok
  • Passion for new media, video and paid advertising. Gaming / OTT experience is a big plus
  • Have experience working with CRM Marketing platforms, Attribution tools 
  • Work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with great opportunity for learning
