About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and professional Event Engineer to join our AV team. You will be a part of the Events side of AV and will be involved with the production and operation of internal company events. You will also participate in build projects of new event spaces. Your third primary responsibility will be the development of how to improve our event offerings. This team reports to the Collaboration Services Manager within the IT Organization.

You have a good balance between autonomy and co-working and have their finger on the pulse of the AV Event industry and new technologies. We are a lean team, so expect that there will be scenarios where you are asked to assist the support team during the rollout of large projects.

You Will:

  • Produce and Operate Twitch All Hands 
  • Collaborate, produce, and operate any large-scale internal event. 
  • Edit and maintain Video On Demand archive 
  • Maintain process documentation 
  • Follow industry best practices.
  • Maintain technology standards in physical spaces inline with technical refreshes. 
  • Participate in construction projects around event spaces.

You Have:

  • Experience with Event Technology
  • Passion for new technologies
  • Competencies with software such as vMix, Premier, After Effects, and OBS. 
  • Familiarity with several video formats, streaming protocols, and use cases
  • 3+ years of experience
