About the Role

Twitch is looking for an experienced marketer to join on to lead our marketing and communication efforts to our enthusiastic APAC audiences (creators, viewers, developers, and advertisers). You will create full funnel marketing campaigns including defining and geo-localization of corporate narratives and product messaging, content strategies, and events strategies. Reporting to the APAC Managing Director and dotted line into the CMO, you will have high visibility across HQ marketing, partner management, product, content, and business development teams. You are a consumer-focused professional with experience working in a diverse and tech-forward B2C and B2B marketing organizations with the ability to manage complex marketing channels / campaigns with multiple partners and team members.

You Will:

  • Build and drive marketing and communication strategies to Twitch APAC audiences including the management and use of earned (PR), shared (social, influencers), owned (email, on-Twitch, blog), and paid (digital and offline) media
  • Develop relationships between Twitch and its APAC creators and viewers to better understand their needs, motivations, challenges, and aspirations that translates to relevant marketing strategy, narratives, and execution plans
  • Develop marketing positioning and narratives, whether geo-localized or unique to APAC, that brings together content and product features that best addresses Twitch's needs while staying on brand
  • Work with essential marketing, product, content, and partner management to promote the Twitch brand in APAC
  • Build campaign strategy and implement GTM plans that ladders up to overall brand and audience narratives; engage with internal creative, channel, and analytics team to ensure execution and delivery of results
  • Create reports and review campaign performance and return on investment
  • Manage third-party PR, creative, social, and media agencies as needed

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, product marketing, content marketing, and campaign execution
  • Experience working with consumer brands that have global audiences and global impact with HQ in the US
  • Experience working as an individual contributor and managing multi functional marketing teams of varying levels and size
  • A love of insights and data and can develop and understand how to target and message key audiences across traditional, new and emerging media
  • Strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and ability to adapt to a fast moving environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • A creative, inspiring and growth mindset
  • An enthusiastic personality; a passion for creating and a love for games and pop culture
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing, Business, or related fields a plus
