About the Role

SAP Functional Specialist is an important Expert in our FinTech Organization, who will help achieve a variety of FinTech projects. You will turn ambiguity into clarity, working to understand our processes and requirements to create system solutions. 

The SAP Specialist will be an essential resource in the project management process as Twitch works through the develop, test, training and deployment of SAP S/4 and BRIM. The SAP Functional Specialist will bring technical expertise in developing the SAP solutions and driving continued system enhancements and global expansion. 

You Will:

  • Build relationships with important partners, program managers and users to run projects that achieve essential business capabilities
  • Translate our requirements to possible stories and guide execution
  • Track project dependency and perform gap analysis 
  • Manage the complete life cycle of large-scale, high-profile finance system projects. Projects range from enhancements, new application implementation, custom development and integrations, all requiring coordination of our diverse teams
  • Support requirements gathering, manage delivery of project plans, identify risks, resolve important project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths
  • Provide expertise on SAP technical and operational processes and applications
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants
  • Establish relationships within Finance, IT, Engineering, Partnership and essential collaborators
  • Use data to back up assumptions, make recommendations, guide next steps, and measure success
  • Evaluate and refine processes to ensure they are efficient, high-quality, and scalable
  • Foster shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience deploying SAP S/4 and BRIM
  • 3+ years program management, system analysis, solution design and system architecture experience with demonstrated experience and successful projects in enterprise wide systems
  • Substantial experience with enterprise applications (SAP), and finance domain knowledge
  • Experience with system configuration and daily support of SAP BRIM & S4 Hana
  • Experience in SAP BRIM (SAP Hybris Billing), such as Subscription Order Management, Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA
  • Understand SAP CI integrations with CC and SOM in addition to strong grasp on BIT type, BIT class and partner settlement design and configuration.
  • Experience in SAP BRIM (SAP Hybris Billing), such as Subscription Order Management, Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA
  • Understand integrations where in raw data is fed into SAP BRIM through middleware
  • Work on a variety of finance systems projects related to procure to pay, order-to-cash. This might need program manager to project manage, gather requirements, create solutions, configure systems, coordinate testing and deployment
  • Knowledge of specific flows including order-to-cash and record to report processes along with relevant accounting impact
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and third-party system integrations
  • A team-oriented, collaborative attitude with the ability to foster cooperation among upper management, team members and third-party solution providers
  • Strong delivery focus – able to meet timelines, budget and achieve results
  • Good facilitator - lead project meetings and workshops delivering on goals by engaging participants
  • Experience using Smartsheet, Lucidchart, PPT, JIRA
  • Experience translating accounting conclusions into operational processes
  • A history of solving multiple and complex operation and accounting challenges
  • Knowledge of best practices for localized standards for SAP.

  • Understand ABAP Objects
  • Experience with OSS / SAP Notes & Upgrades (SPAU/SPDD)
  • Understand SAP UI5 development that includes HTML5, Fiori, SAP Gateway, OData Services
