About the Position 

The Twitch team is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our EMEA Managing Director. We're seeking someone who is tech savvy, proactive, hyper organized and experienced at learning quickly in a fast growing environment. The role is based in central London and reports directly to our EMEA Managing Director, and will additionally provide support to our EMEA heads of Sales and Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and manage a complex calendar based on Executive and team priorities with prompt and sound decision-making skills
  • Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events while anticipating conflicts and solving scheduling issues
  • Manage logistics and strategic coordination of annual planning and on-going business deliverables
  • Ability to work autonomously and implement process with minimal direction 
  • Constantly seek areas for improvement while driving implementation of solutions within the department
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and correspondences including ownership and scheduling of restricted meeting spaces
  • Project manage all logistics and packets for internal and external meetings. These will include department All Hands, conferences, partner meetings and conventions
  • Own and deliver internal initiatives from conception to conclusion 
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Work tactfully with other EAs across Twitch and Amazon on high level projects and company wide events
  • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation

Requirements 

  • 5+ years experience supporting an executive and his/her team
  • Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and with minimal direction 
  • Able to perform duties with a high level of confidentiality and discretion and is comfortable supporting a team that works with highly sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and can edit work for spelling and grammar
  • Extremely organized and conscientious while gracefully managing shifting priorities and ambiguity
  • Strong sense of urgency and efficiency  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint / Google Suite, Slack, and Cloud-based systems
  • Strong understanding of business processes and organizational budgets
  • Flexibility to match executive’s schedule when needed
  • Experience in fast paced tech environment
