About the Position 

We're looking for a Senior Producer to join our Brand Partnerships Studio! The Senior Producer will work closely with our Creative Strategists, Client Services and Sales team. They will also work directly with external brands, agencies and production vendors to manage creative campaigns that help drive Twitch’s sales goals. Working from our New York office, you will oversee multiple creative projects and internal/external partner relationships simultaneously. The role is primarily post-sale -- focusing on the delivery of best-in-class campaign executions smoothly, within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Twitch, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative and logistical challenges. We’re looking for a creative, energized, and organized individual that will help us deliver white glove service to our advertising clients, while consistently expressing a 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans from sale to project completion
  • Partner with the lead Twitch creative strategist, sales design team, client services, sales and external creative vendors to ensure the client’s vision is fully realized
  • Manage a wide variety of live productions including influencer promoted broadcasts, tournaments, contests and sweepstakes, on-site tours/events, and custom interactable digital products 
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategy team on production of commercials
  • Responsible for pricing programs, establishing a transparent project management process to avoid scope creep, negotiating contracts
  • Serve as a guide in brainstorms to ensure ideas proposed are executable
  • Create and maintain schedules and budgets, securing approvals, coordinating action items and communicating cross-functionally with design and sales to maintain workflow through the final asset release
  • Communicate with internal and client teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on schedule
  • Key stakeholder in kick-off and status meetings throughout the post-sale development process -- anticipating potential issues during production phase and proactively providing smart creative solutions. Coordinate and track edit feedback with project stakeholders
  • Initiate vendor paperwork (including NDAs, requests for new contracts, new vendor paperwork, advance requests, etc.) and manage invoice process
  • Talent management including contracts to booking travel, reviewing ROS, to being a personal handler at an activation or event
  • Ability to make sound decisions, think strategically, problem solve, multi-task while remaining laser focused on the fine details
  • Must possess good organization, meeting management, time management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborate closely with the West Coast team

Requirements 

  • 5+ years experience in hands-on project management, preferably in a creative agency,  advertising agency or production company
  • Strong experience in video production with the ability to coordinate efforts with creative strategist from start of project to delivery of assets with attention to detail, energy, enthusiasm and resourcefulness
  • A deep understanding of production and post-production processes and ability to monitor progress for timely execution
  • Possess a strong network of vendor relationships and experience with the competitive bidding process
  • Must be able to negotiate estimates on jobs as well as stay on budget and follow through with all required legal requirements between agencies and partners
  • Excellent judgment with the ability to proactively identify issues/obstacles and effectively create solutions
  • Strong creative and project management skills. Attention to detail is crucial
  • Superior leadership and management skills and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work in a collaborative manner both with internal teams, and with clients
  • Must be able to communicate and present ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively at an individual and group level
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities to meet goals and deadlines
  • Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • Must be flexible and comfortable in working non-traditional hours as needed, including travel
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies. Knowledge of edit, VFX and design process and platforms, Asana and JIRA
