Twist is now expanding to China with the establishment of Twist Bioscience (China) Company Limited (Twist China) as a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise located in Guangzhou. Responsibilities

岗位职责:

  • Making high-quality custom products according to established SOPs; strictly follow lab rules and regulations to maintain the safety of the experiment

按照实验SOP规范操作制作出高品质的产品;并能够严格遵守实验室各项规章制度,保障实验安全

  • Daily use of molecular biology techniques especially PCR, DNA quantitation and handling, DNA purification,and operate lab equipment included but not limited bioanalyzers, centrifuges, thermocyclers, robotic laboratory equipment,Next Gen Sequencer etc.

 

能够熟练掌握分子生物学操作和技术,尤其是PCR, DNA定量和处理,DNA纯化。操作实验室常规仪器(核酸分析仪,离心机,PCR仪等)、自动化设备、测序仪等

  • Ensure that experiments are completed on time, analysis and resolve technical issues, and timely communicate with the manager problems and difficulties on experiments

确保按时完成实验进度,深入分析和解决技术问题,及时向主管汇报实验进度方面的问题及困难

  • Maintain thorough, accurate and detailed documentation of all work produced in our databases including problems and deviations to support lab management

为配合实验室管理工作的开展,在我们的数据库中,准确记录实验生产过程中的每一步骤包括发生的问题和偏差

  • Keen observation and attitude to proactively identify production problems/solutions, provide solutions on lab techniques, protocols, processes, handling of product and equipment

  • Participate in the establishment and optimization of new technologies, new products and new processes

Qualifications

任职要求:

 

  • Bachelors or higher degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or relevant field

本科或以上学历,分子生物学,生物化学或相关专业

 

  • Experience on operating next generation sequencer/automated liquid handlers such as Hamilton preferred

      有二代测序仪或自动化液体处理仪器如Hamilton的使用工作经验者优先

  • 3 year minimum lab experience

至少三年实验室工作经验

  • Good computer skills ( excel, word etc);experience on analyzing NGS date preferred

良好的计算机使用能力,有分析二代测序数据经验优先

  • Good problem solving and communication skills

良好的问题解决能力和沟通能力

  • Detail oriented, prioritize multiple tasks and a good team player
