Administrative Assistant and Office Receptionist, Twist China 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly-motivated individual to join the newly established Twist China organization located at Bio-Island in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province of China.  He/she will provide administrative assistance to day to day site operations including as the office receptionist.


Responsibilities:

  • Support facility daily operations, including front desk responsibilities, office supply, house-keeping service, land lord and property management inquiries, etc.
  • Support General Manager’s administrative activities
  • Coordinate with US headquarters to manage logistics of guest visits

 Qualifications:

  • BS or higher degree
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
  • 2+ yrs. administrative assistant and front desk receptionist experience, prefer in foreign companies
  • Organized, detail oriented, on top of the status of tasks and timeline, proactively take actions to mitigate potential risks and obstacles
  • Can-do attitude, enthusiastic and high energy, willing to work flexible hours and deal with last-minute ad hoc miscellaneous assignments
  • Self-motivated, ambitious with long-term career goals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
