The Salesforce Administrator is part of our Marketing & Sales Operations team that supports and develops Togetherwork’s internal Salesforce instances (“org”) for Sales & Marketing leads, Customer Service and customer tracking and reporting.  This position is the liaison between management, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Finance, in addition and any users of Togetherwork’s Salesforce instances.   (S)he troubleshoots and works with end-users to ensure that our Salesforce org meets their needs and keeps pace with changes in program operations, policies and/or procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily administration and support of Togetherwork’s Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
  • Working with Salesforce Architect, Marketing, and Sales management, to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and custom triggers
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of multiple-vertical sales processes
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
  • Create and document business requirements for system changes, document solution options and work with business owners to implement changes
  • Development and implementation of new projects including Salesforce and Internal System Integrations, including primary integrations with any Marketing Automation systems
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop Salesforce system utilization and best practice documentation
  • Salesforce data cleanliness, and maintenance of lists through record updates via third party data services
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new users and growing the Salesforce skill-set across the organization, including developing and maintaining user documentation as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience in a business environment; Salesforce certification (ADM 201) required
  • Experience with integration of Pardot, HubSpot, or marketing automation into Salesforce
  • Experience in CRM system maintenance, user management, and training
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Experience with programming languages such as SoQL, SQL, JavaScript,Java, Apex
  • Previous experience in Sales and Marketing or as a Salesforce Consultant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, detailed, organized and results-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $75,000 USD per year
