Job Description:

The Quality Analyst is in charge of Quality Audits within the Clinical Governance vertical, responsible for ensuring that all Twin Members receive the highest possible level of service. They reinforce NABH standards, follow safety measures, and comply with all other regulatory requirements. Their role is to create, cultivate, and integrate a culture of continuous improvement to support the Brand promise and operational excellence.

They are also responsible for recognizing and involving stakeholders from all verticals in developmental activities to maximize Member safety, health outcomes, and delight, as well as individual and organizational progress and performance.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Ability to conduct an End-to-End Gap Analysis  across several disciplines and devise solutions in compliance with guidelines.
  2. To offer  excellent service , ensure a pro-active participation in quality inspections and execution of processes, SOPs, as well as frequent auditing of all quality criteria.
  3. Audit on a regular basis ,prepare a report and strategize on the corrective and preventive action.
  4. To establish quality processes, collaborate with the head of the clinic, non-clinical departments, and other personnel.
  5. To detect and resolve gaps as soon as possible, as well as to offer feedback to the Clinical Governance Head - To oversee all aspects of the clinic's quality assurance and certification.
  6. All employees should be trained on quality and patient safety on a regular basis.
  7. Existing policies and processes should be reviewed and revised with well documented SOP/ protocols across board. 
  8. Form committees as per the standards and schedule review meeting with the respective stakeholders and drive actions for all the process and quality Gaps. 

  Quality Improvement Program ( QIP )

  1. Successfully implement process improvement or quality management programs. - Establish work plan metrics and pursue data collection methods for accurate trending reports.
  2. Analyze performance metrics related to top diagnoses, clinical procedures and operational performance in order to recommend valid solutions.
  3.  Focus on clinical prioritization, service quality, provider feedback and improvement initiatives.
  4. Act as knowledge experts for continuous improvement activities in all clinical, functional and administrative areas.
  5. Monitor various department processes, such as care complaints and medical record assessments ( EMR ), and recommend actions to address any risks or vulnerabilities.
  6. Review clinical quality studies, trending industry data, national benchmark assessments and best practice interventions.
