Twilio is seeking a mid-level professional in Finance/Accounting and Salesforce to join its Sales Operations team as a temporary hire for 6 to 9 months.
About the job:
Based at our San Francisco headquarter, this position will join the Sales Operations team and report to the Sr. Sales Contract Operations Manager. You will be responsible for two specific projects:
Auditing our old contracts (Integreon) from July 1st 2016 and upload them in Salesforce to the account record.
Auditing and validating Twilio’s customer reference acknowledgment in our Master agreement and update them on Salesforce account record.
A possible and third project is to work with the manager on making our Order Form (OF) user friendly and running efficiently through our approval process in Salesforce.
Other responsibilities included producing dashboards, building reports for the 2 projects above in Salesforce, and other ad hoc projects that emerge during the term of hire. This position will work closely with the legal team and other members of the Sales Operations. It is important that this person enjoys a fast paced, dynamic working environment, provides quality and reliable work, and understand the importance of providing an excellent customer service. Just as important, the person must have a good personality to be part of a high functioning team.
At least 5 years working in Finance or Accounting with good working knowledge of Salesforce
Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboard
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision and take ownership.
Diligent, flexible, patient, detail oriented and self-motivated
Dedication to superior customer service
Ability to take initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvements
