About the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing training and enablement team that is responsible for onboarding and upskilling new Twilions in Customer Support on topics such as Twilio’s products, support processes and tools, and soft skills. You will work with a team of instructional designers as well as stakeholders within support to assess organizational needs, contribute to the design and development of training materials, and deliver quality training to Support Twilions. 


In this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training to new hires and existing employees on Twilio products, support processes and tools, and soft skills
  • Partner with enablement team members and support management to assess training needs and design training approach
  • Create and maintain curricula (course outlines, instructional presentations, training aids, assessments, and facilitator guides)
  • Contribute to the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training for Support organization employees 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management

  • 3+ years of experience either leading instructor-led training or supporting Twilio’s products
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new and complex ideas, relay those concepts to others, and apply the knowledge to real-life scenarios
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to solve problems independently as well as collaborate with colleagues to achieve needed results
  • Ability to remain agile in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment


  • Learning and development, information technology, or related education and experience 
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led training programs or working with Twilio’s products


This role will be based in our Bengaluru, India office. 

Less than 25% travel is anticipated (domestic and international). These trips may range from several days to weeks at a time, depending on training requirements.
