Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale world-class personalized customer engagement for Twilio’s growing database of self-service users globally. The person in this role will become deeply familiar with the customer lifecycle and customer use cases, and help define the Product-Led Sales motion for Twilio. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this position is critical in supporting Twilio’s growth engine, and their work will help scale growth across Twilio’s GTM organization and create tremendous pipeline.

This is a new, high-impact role that will help set the strategy for how we navigate Twilio’s next stage of growth! 

Who?


Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of building programs that delight customers and grow the business.  They also have:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Business Operations, Product Management, or Demand Gen, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to influence through data.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition funnels and customer journeys.
  • A close understanding of how Marketing and Sales work together to drive revenue and experience developing effective programs in partnership with sales.
  • Expertise in designing and executing data-driven marketing initiatives in the email channel and other direct channels.
  • Passion about the Twilio brand, product, and opportunity to revolutionize modern communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.  
  • Preference for someone with prior experience in working for a Developer-focused business.

  • DRAW THE OWL: Build scalable systems to uncover opportunities for pipeline generation from the immense and growing self service customer base. 
  • WRITE IT DOWN: Create content, incentives, and offers for high potential users to advocate for Twilio within their organizations and raise their hands to engage with Sales. Educate internal teams on program progress, successes, failures, and opportunities. 
  • BE AN OWNER: Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for the customer experience in their transition into the sales funnel from self service. 
  • EMPOWER OTHERS: Interact extensively across many functional teams within Twilio and have significant exposure to our Go To Market leadership.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: $109,824 - $137,280

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: $96,096 - $120,120

Non Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
