Sales Program Manager - Global

The Program Manager will join a new global Sales Programs team partnering closely with our Marketing, Enablement and Sales Operations teams. The Program Manager is an instrumental role within the global Sales organization. The role will establish a project management methodology for the team, as well as a standard way of tracking results including pipeline volume and conversion analysis. The Program Manager will ensure visibility of upcoming playbooks with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, and provide regular executive level updates of impact.  

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Programs Manager, marketing project manager, or an experienced sales operations professional to play a leadership role in a rapidly growing segment of Twilio. 

The ideal candidate has experience coordinating the rollout of sales programs across a global sales team. The candidate should have experience with tracking the sales results from account based marketing campaigns, and program management of sales plays with sales enablement teams. The program manager has used data to quantify and identify opportunities, and has worked with stakeholders to turn those insights into actionable sales plays adopted by a global sales team. This role requires extensive collaboration internally and externally to help our sales team maximize outbound pipeline generation impact. 

This position will report to the Sr Director of Sales Programs.

  • Build new global Sales Programs program management methodology to ensure an effective rollout of sales plays across a global sales organization. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing to assess sales impact of account based marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to optimize results.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure consistent global reporting of sales play impact on pipeline and revenue, and integration with sales tools.
  • Collaborate with Enablement teams to integrate sales plays into seller readiness.
  • Work with global teams and build understanding of how to drive success across regions and product categories.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 


Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: $109,824- $137,280

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: $96,096- $120,120


Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
