Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Staff Financial Analyst - O2C Lead to join our Financial systems enablement team supporting the Finance & Accounting teams. The ideal candidate should be a self starter, have a solid analytical attitude, excellent interpersonal communications, diligent time management skills, and have a strong work ethic.  Lastly you work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints. 

This role is expected to be an SME in O2C processes with primary focus on I2C working with multiple billing and revenue systems, understanding and managing Twilio’s billing systems in partnership with the Global Accounting and billing teams driving automations and innovation. You will lead the I2C process in Oracle ERP  system implementation end- end understanding Twilio’s multiple billings platforms and build scalable systems for Acquisitions

Who?

Twilio is looking for a Staff Financial Analyst - O2C Lead Analyst who lives in Twilio Magic. They also have:

  • Industry leader generating deep techno functional detail in the O2C and Accounting process including Billing & Invoicing, collections, GL, tax, Cash management engaged in architecture decisions on the team.
  • 8+ years of Accounting experience, and in depth understanding of O2C  processes in Oracle ERP cloud with experience in a global, SaaS, technology company preferred
  • 2+ years of implementation and production support experience of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services or RevPro. 
  • Ensure Billing solutions create ASC 606 compliant Revenue treatments.
  • Experience in integrations with multiple SAAS applications and system including, SFDC, billing systems like Zoura,Workday, Stripe, World pay, Banks ,SnowFlake, EDI, Avalara, Suretax.
  • Understand the Company product offerings, routes to market implications on revenue recognition.
  • Automate cash reconciliation for billing and accounting processes involving multiple payment processors/gateways with multi currency features.
  • Proficient in process and solution engineering, managing and delivering cross functional multiple projects and integrations with advanced presentation skills and authoritative communications.
  • Architect and design cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Includes identifying unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenging the norm.
  • Experience with multiple acquisitions combing Billings and Revenue platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working in a high scale and fast-paced environment with distributed team across time zones.

  • DRAW THE OWL: Find opportunities for operational improvements across Finance & Accounting business applications and drive solution definition using metrics. 
  • WRITE IT DOWN: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with advanced presentation skills..Ensure that complex ideas, thoughts, and vision can be communicated simply and effectively. You are expected to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
