Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Partner Program Support Intern to be a key team member building out our rapidly growing Build Partner Program. The person in this role will assist in all aspects of the Build Partner Program -- defining and creating benefits, requirements communications, enablement, partner support, partner tools, and deal support for our partner accounts managers, AEs, and partners. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Partner Programs, this position is critical in supporting Twilio partners’ growth.

 

You should have some or all of the following:

  • Pursuing a BS or BA in business, communications, computer science, or a related field
  • Proficient background in Excel, PPT, and CRM
  • Added bonus if you’re interested in learning about the channel and how companies go to market

  • Pursuing a BS or BA in business, communications, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and/or project management
  • Have a keen interest in how companies go to market and build their businesses
  • Have a hungry entrepreneurial and "can do" spirit, as evidenced by successful interest in learning new technologies or frameworks for how to solve business problems

  • WRITE IT DOWN: Build out elements of the program and internal enablement and provide documentation, roadmap and data to internal stakeholders.
  • DRAW THE OWL: Identify and build new opportunities for partner growth end to end.
  • BE AN OWNER & BE BOLD: Lead or assist in all aspects of executing the partner program and supporting Twilio Build Partners.
  • EMPOWER OTHERS: Interact extensively across all functional teams within Twilio and have significant exposure to our executive leadership.
  • DON’T SETTLE, RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Look beyond what exists today at Twilio and consider what’s possible while always prioritizing what’s best for Twilio Build Partners.
  • NO SHENANIGANS: Ensure the consistent exercise of appropriate judgment when interacting and working with our internal and external stakeholders.
