Twilio is growing rapidly and we are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Development team to drive the best commercial outcome by constantly searching, testing and monitoring telecom suppliers. You work close with the routing team helping them to identify viable options to deliver International SMS via Twilio Super Network.
We are seeking a creative self-starter who is able to develop and own the framework for picking the right supplier out of hundreds, being enough tech savvy to understand the result of its quality tests, and being proficient in Excel to run daily reports to understand the result of the performed activity.
You are also:
- Fluent in English, as you will be working on an international team where communication is key
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a professional organization, ideally with experience working in a high-growth company or division, with cross-functional teams
- Persistent in defending your point of view with a number of relevant arguments
- Humble, flexible and willing to tackle the necessary hurdles to drive positive collaboration for meaningful business outcomes
As an Analyst on our Business Development team you will be:
- Responsible for day-to-day operational cost outcome across the world
- Highlight positive and negative variances in a cost structure developing separate processes to communicate those to proper stakeholders
- Working with account managers to advise on biggest cost changes and trends you capture
- Responsible for dispute management during invoice reconciliation process
