We are currently looking for Marketing Automation and Data Analysis Specialist to join our new and growing Marketing team. Based in our downtown Toronto studio, you will provide valuable insights into customer behavior. Acting as the company’s eyes and ears, your discoveries and outputs will have a significant effect on how TWG communicates, markets and distributes our services.

About the Job

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead keyword, AdWords, long tail and traffic pattern campaigns to support the development of digital marketing strategies
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and administrative functions of our web analytics. Understand the features and properties to ensure the integrity of new and existing data tracking
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through robust analysis using data from Google Analytics and other analytics tools including Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Hubspot, Salesforce and VisitorTrack
  • Study website behavior patterns using site metric tools to analyze and optimize business results and user experiences
  • Work with internal and external partners to design and implement the automation of our audience, lifecycle and retention programs in email and other digital platforms
  • Develop efficient and scalable solutions for audience segmentation workflows and dynamically generated content to power highly targeted, highly relevant digital campaigns
  • Conceptualize, establish and execute on all digital marketing campaigns in Hubspot. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of programs and identify areas of high and low engagement and opportunities for optimization
  • Research new tactics and different channels to increase brand awareness, generate marketing-qualified leads and increase conversion
  • Ensure processes are Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation compliant, opt-in forms reflect approved legal language, all data requirements are met and that the ongoing unsubscribe file is processed in-line with internal standards and documented processes
  • Perform keyword research and use SEO tools to understand needs and develop highly relevant ideas for content

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing analytics or database marketing and digital lead generation
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA360)\
  • Knowledge of Digital Management Platforms, Customer Data Platforms and Customer Relationship Management Databases
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Google AdWords and social advertising platforms including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and YouTube
  • Diploma or degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing or a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics or statistics, or equivalent work experience
