We are currently looking for a People Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in our downtown Toronto studio. Help us deliver high-quality software across a variety of client projects and industries.  In this role, you will you will be responsible for providing exceptional level of support to staff as it relates to benefits and internal programs, as well as coordinating the recruitment process for our Senior Recruiter and hiring managers. The People Experience Coordinator has a strong passion for exceeding candidate and employee expectations and will be committed to providing both hiring managers and candidates with a best-in-class experience.

About the Job

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for general inquiries around Human Resources programs at TWG
  • Assist Human Resources Manager on internal initiatives such as staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage the administration of benefit programs, including enrollments, changes and terminations
  • Manage employee tracking system and regular reporting of data
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, screen applications, arrange interviews, participate in selection process and administer pre-employment tests and checks, as required
  • Help to target, recruit and identify specific candidates for high volume recruitment initiatives
  • Participate in the candidate experience to ensure it is professional, positive and reflective of TWG core values

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-3 years work experience in Human Resources
  • Proven track record of superior interpersonal skills
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask many projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements

Nice to Have

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience administering benefit programs
  • Strong writing skills
