TwentyPine is looking to hire a dynamic, high energy recruiter with expertise and gravitas. Do you have experience commanding a full-desk strategy? Can you successfully spearhead new business development, manage accounts and maintain ongoing client relationships? What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading new business development strategies through researching and sourcing clients
  • Successfully opening and managing multi-placement accounts
  • Developing long-term client relationships
  • Creating job descriptions and advertising positions
  • Identifying active and passive candidates through Linkedin and other recruitment platforms
  • Facilitating and managing candidate pipelines (this includes: interviews, screening, candidate placing processes and negotiation)

About you:

  • Track record of successfully managing multi-placement accounts
  • Ability to execute talent searches and cultivate relationships with candidates
  • Amazing written and communication skills
  • Sales minded, service oriented
  • Ambitious, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Interest in working with a cool crew in the start-up space
  • Strategic and tactical
