Job Overview

TuSimple's Total Rewards Specialist to support our Compensation Benefits and Performance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion of TuSimple. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide research, analysis and insights to support the delivery of market leading reward programs and initiatives i.e. Recognition, Relocation Program, Total Rewards Orientation, Performance + Compensation Planning Cycle and Self Service for internal Stakeholders.
  • Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to drive efficiency and effectiveness in reward program design and implementation.  i.e. Recognition, Relocation Program, Total Rewards Orientation and Self Service for internal Stakeholders
  • Work with the Internal Communications, HR Operations and Dayforce expertise to ensure accurate implementation of reward design and policy / process changes.
  • Work with reward and HR business partners and third party vendors to ensure external data and information requirements are effectively delivered.
  • Undertake regular benchmarking and external market research to ensure external alignment (to prevalent and emerging practice) / market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Provide data, insights and analysis for management reporting as needed.
  • Supporting regional and country-specific projects through provision of data, insights and analytical capability.

 

Key Experience & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a reward coordinator / compensation analyst, in the tech sector and / or consulting experience preferred.
  • International experience, working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and project management discipline - comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Effective communication / "storytelling" skills - must be able to see beyond the data.
